Over past 50 years I have served in several leadership and executive positions in commercial real estate.
Our firm acquires, repositions, leases and manages street retail properties. We also lease and reposition regional malls and represent national and international retailers in their search for urban and retail street locations.
My company provides commercial brokerage and consulting services. I am an educator teaching nationally and internationally and author many books and articles on commercial real estate.
I sold TRF to Kennedy Wilson and served as its Senior Managing Director responsible for the management, marketing and leasing of third party commercial properties in the Northwest and was co-developed of an urban apartment.
I developed and served as president of a third party commercial property management and leasing company specializing in shopping centers, community and regional malls, office and medical office buildings. I sold the company to Kennedy Wilson, a public national real estate firm.
While serving as the President of TRF Management Corporation, I also served as vice president of marketing and leasing for TRF’s affiliate company, The Rainier Fund, a developer of shopping centers and office buildings.
I was responsible for the management of a two million square foot mixed use development consisting of 11 buildings including mid and high rise office buildings, a regional mall, a 441 unit apartment and entertainment facilities, on 175 acres.
I was responsible for the management, marketing and leasing of a portfolio of office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers, a regional mall, apartments, single family homes and condominiums.
